I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town and very close to the Eminonu ferry station in the Bosphorus. I appreciated being in a safe area next to the police station. However, there were some service issues, including a mix-up with my reservation by the bad receptionist which was later resolved by the good receptionist. The dining options were limited to hot dogs, which was a downside during my stay.
